Search finds no films
Try only the distinctive movie name. Remove the year, format or genre if it may be excluding the result. Instructions such as watch online free are not part of most movie titles and make an exact-title search less useful.
The viewing action opens results
Watch now is intended to open a JustWatch title search. Select the matching production and a current offer for your country. That result page is not an error message and does not mean a hidden on-site player failed.
A video stops after leaving the catalog
Note the app playing the movie and its error. Test whether the issue affects another title in that app. Use its own help for connection or playback trouble instead of deleting the catalog’s stored preferences.
Saved movies have disappeared
Check for a changed device, browser, private window or website address. My List does not use cloud synchronization. Before clearing more data, preserve any names still visible so the attempted fix does not remove the information you wanted to recover.
